The PM Lounge Membership

Thank you for taking the time to show interest in The PM Lounge. The goal today is simple. We want you to get a feel for the space, understand what we offer, and decide whether this lifestyle is for you.

The PM Lounge is a private business and social club built for those who value exclusivity, luxury, and a place that truly feels their own. Many of our members use it as a sanctuary from their day-to-day; Whether that’s to host clients, enjoy a dinner with family, unwind in a quiet corner or enjoy an intimate concert. The PM Lounge provides opportunities you will not find elsewhere.

Membership Basics

Membership is $3,500 a month. We ask for a one-year commitment.

So, what does membership really include?

Full Access to Club

Members have full access to everything here:

• Four private suites
• A full-service bar
• The main dining room
• Two golf simulators

All of these areas are reservation-based, which keeps the experience relaxed and crowd-free. You can bring three guests anytime, except during our A-list entertainment experiences where members may bring one guest.

Corporate memberships are available as well.

Food and Beverage

One of the biggest things that makes us different is our pricing model. We give members food and beverages at cost, with no traditional markups.

We only serve premium and super-premium products, with a focus on quality, transparency, and giving members an elevated experience without inflated pricing. What to expect:

• No initiation fee
• No monthly minimum
• No surprise charges

Dining Experience

Our menu has a classic steakhouse foundation, featuring Prime and Wagyu cuts along with the freshest seafood. We focus on exceptional, responsibly sourced ingredients.

You'll find our Chef's Selection menu refined, eclectic and ever changing with the seasons.

One of many things our members love is the flexibility.

If you don't see what you're craving, our chef will come out and talk to you about what you'd like. As long as we have the ingredients, we'll make it. It could be something simple or something creative, but it will be done to perfection.

Wine Program

Our curated wine list is built around member preferences and rarity. If you have a favorite varietal or label, we'll make sure it's always stocked. Even if it's only for one member, it's worth it to us.

A Space Designed for Comfort

A big part of our culture is unhurried hospitality. If you want to sit for two hours or the whole evening, you can. Nobody is eyeing your table or pushing for a turnover. This is meant to feel like your own private extension of home.

We also customize your membership around you. Our concierge program is being shaped by the interests of our founding members rather than a prewritten list of perks. As we get to know what our members want, we build from there.

We're also connected with local businesses, so members get priority access and preferred pricing for wellness, services, and specialty experiences.

If you ever want to host an event, you'll have access to:

• A dedicated in-house event coordinator

You can invite as many guests as the room will allot for private events. Your coordinator handles the planning so you can enjoy the experience without being the host who's running around.

Entertainment and Events

Each year we host our major entertainment events featuring A-list performers. We work with select entertainment groups, so the talent pool is strong. The artists we bring in are based on what our members want to see, not just who we like.

Between these major entertainment events, we have a full calendar, including:
